USDA Feedstock Carbon Intensity Calculator (FD-CIC) expected to allow additional CI reductions for no-till, cover crops, reduced tillage, and nutrient management.

Farmers adopting these practices could lower their feedstock CI score, increasing the ethanol producer’s credit.
