We stand for truth and justice, even when it’s uncomfortable. This includes the courage to speak up kindly but firmly, when needed.
Ọ̀rọ̀ Sísọ – Appropriate Speech
Words carry power. We speak with calm, clarity, and care. No spam, harsh words, insults, or destructive talk.
Ìṣẹ́ – Diligence and Hard Work
We value effort. Every member contributes positively through ideas, engagement, or encouragement.
Òye – Wisdom
We use discernment. Know when to speak and when to listen. Wisdom builds communities that last.
Inú Rere – Goodwill
We carry a kind heart. Approach every conversation with empathy, not envy or malice. Peace and understanding come first.
