no fatspo, meanspo, etc . thinspo is ok if it is a celebrity or someone over 18 who is ok with their photos being used for this purpose.
giving tips on how to lose weight, being proana, is not not permitted. this is a safe space, not somewhere you can encourage people to get worse.
be nice to others and support them, don’t be negative or invalidate others ed or experiences.
we can only moderate properly and make sure people are following the rules when posts are in english unfortunately, it’s just safety precautions!
no promoting posts outside of the community, group chats, posting moot hunts, etc. spam will also result in a removal or ban from the community. intros are ok!
