Another pearl for today: The Holy Spirit enables the Lord's people to understand the Truth of Him and His Kingdom. The Truth can only be understood spiritually, by those with God's Spirit living in them. https://t.co/4PwYpygNFM

Another pearl for today: Without Christ, our human wisdom and strength will not result in anything of eternally enduring value. However the Lord's people can be confident in Him, that we have what truly matters, and we have it forever. https://t.co/0Rpy22F5dt

Numbers says Levites serve at 30.
Then it says 25.
Ezra says 20.
Contradiction? Or context?
Episode 215 on Numbers 4:3 walks through why these numbers don’t compete—they cooperate—and what they reveal about maturity, responsibility, and God’s wisdom in ministry.

Another pearl for today: Believers earnestly seeking Christ, sometimes face misunderstanding, mistreatment, or persecution—even from those expected to help. Depending on His righteousness rather than any human institution is a lesson His people learn from such trials. https://t.co/il1slFabGQ

Another pearl for today: The Lord's people strive for cooperative thinking and judgment on all matters of critical importance. This requires following Christ first and foremost, not fallible humans. https://t.co/5mXcffzyD6

Was Jesus rejected in Nazareth ONCE... or TWICE? 🤔 Luke says early (almost thrown off a cliff!). Matthew & Mark say later (just familiarity & unbelief). Skeptics call it a contradiction—but is it?
New episode dives in! Matthew 13:53 – When was Jesus rejected by the people in his https://t.co/8hzssJbLPo

The Lord's people are sinners who are reconciled with God through the gospel. We have responded to Him in faith and have the righteousness of Jesus imputed (or transferred) to us, like a fine garment that's been freely given to us. God has also transferred our sin to Jesus. https://t.co/nHYlf0kkHz

Christ is the principal guide for our individual and collective lives like a cornerstone was the principal stone in ancient buildings. His death and resurrection make it possible for anyone to be one of God's people. No one should reject Him, but some will choose to. https://t.co/kYje0u7HrQ

Another pearl for today: The Lord's people can have confidence and peace in the face of uncertainties and trials. This comes from a deep trust in God that is developed over time through a consistent and committed relationship with Him. https://t.co/Aw98estSdH

Numbers gives us the same census number twice—603,550.
Same number. Different books. Different dates.
Was the census in Numbers 1 already taken in Exodus—or are these two distinct counts?
Episode 211: Numbers 1:46—Was this census made here or earlier?

Did Jesus teach in secret—or not?
In Matthew 13 He speaks of “secrets of the Kingdom.”
In John 18 He says, “I said nothing in secret.”
Contradiction—or misunderstanding?
Episode 210 of Bible Difficulties and Answers walks through the context, parables, and timing that https://t.co/gduyX9fZJS

Another pearl for today: The Lord's people may be tempted to prioritize our relative earthly means of power more than being obedient to Him. We also know this is sinful and foolish. https://t.co/krkkw9SXI0

Does Jesus contradict the command to honor parents?
One passage says honor them.
Another sounds like hate them.
In Episode 208, we step into a biblical courtroom and examine the evidence.

The ultimate joy that we have as the Lord's people isn't dependent on our circumstances, but on His character and promises instead. We find our security in His steadfastness, align our lives with His truth, and can express the true joy that comes from living in harmony with Him. https://t.co/xmwvteEpxY

Community Rules

Stay on Topic

Posts must focus on Apologetics, theology, the Word, defending faith , historical evidence, or philosophical arguments. Unrelated post will be removed.

Engage with Respect

Treat others with kindness and respect, even when disagreeing. Avoid personal attacks, inflammatory remarks, sarcasm, or condescension.

No Hate Speech

Hate speech or discrimination based on religion, race, gender, or other factors is strictly prohibited.

Cite Sources

Back up arguments with reliable sources like Bible verses, theological works, or scholarly articles to keep discussions constructive.

No Proselytizing

Questions about other worldviews are fine for comparison, but promoting non-Christian beliefs or non-Protestant Bibles outside the 66-book canon is not allowed.

No Spam

Spamming, ads, or unrelated links are not allowed. Promote yourself only inside the community. Outside sites, podcasts, or books need admin approval first.

Encourage Dialogue

Build others up and defend the faith with kindness and respect. Encourage responses and questions to foster dialogue, avoiding divisive rhetoric or harsh tones.

Ask Thoughtfully

Ask genuine questions promoting learning. Avoid “gotcha” questions or baiting tactics that derail discussions. Such tactic will lead to moderating or banning.

Substance over Sentiment

Keep posts focused on solid apologetics, not sentiment. No memes or generic quotes. Any encouraging post must invite real discussion on defending the faith.

Respect Moderator(s)

Admin decisions are final, feedback is welcome privately, but public statements about moderation will immediately lead to being banned from the community.
