Hello, new here.
I have few questions for the experts :)
1) I heard that undergraduate physics study a simplified version of reality, what kind of work that simplified version allows? And what benefits do masters or phd give?
2) would you recommand double majoring physics with..?

Matter is just “static” energy

I’ll basically try to explain how it works in the hypergraph dynamics (aka Wolfram Model)

So matter, like some electron, is the eddy of spacetime that looks “static” from a distance

Eddy recreates itself again and again “from spacetime”

Mathematics and Physics fine quality posts

Community Rules

Real and experimentally verified physics only

Beyond standard model physics or mathematical physics is ok as long as it is clear that it is speculative and doesn't imply scientific experimental authority.

Both applied and pure mathematics are welcome

Please do NOT start a flame war of pure vs applied mathematics defending that only one of them is real while the other isn't

CS Theory and other math based fields are also fine

Computer science is basically applied mathematics, feel free to post about your favorite subject: PLT, algorithms, AI, IF YOU ARE GIVING IT A MATH TREATMENT

Personal crackpot "theories of everything" are poop.

If you post your personal theory of everything I will deport you to the moon.

Conceptual questions by newbies are welcome!

Just please refrain to make definitive statements if you haven’t mastered it, be curious. Also please no homework style questions.

Please no out of context posts

Don’t post generic non physmat/science stuff or random memes. Be mindful of posting something useful for he reader.
