Just open-sourced grok-api-mcp - an MCP server that gives AI assistants full access to xAI/Grok API documentation.

- 75 bundled doc pages
- 44 API endpoints
- 12 Grok models
- Semantic search + live fetch

No more copy-pasting docs into context.

"Font rendering is a technology that often gets taken for granted -- it's hard to imagine interacting with computers without it. But how hard could it really be? Turns out, way harder than you might think..."

Here's a quick one - from Physics to SoC (very simplified):

+ Semiconductor Physics: Current/Voltage controlled resistance change.

+ Transistor as Switch: Resistance is either zero (very minimal) or Maximum (high like an insulator).

+ Gates: Use transistors as switch. https://t.co/4a9LIrvx3x

"Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it."

I built a code editor from scratch(😎) in pure™ C+ SDL2.
Took me 6 months and 10000+ lines of code
Key Features
• Syntax highlighting for C
• Autocomplete suggestions
• Multi-file editing
• Custom file & folder management
• Can view images directly inside the editor

xAI has 276 open roles. Foundation model researchers, data center electricians, remote tutors for math, medicine, and memes, GPU kernel engineers, a barista.

Also there's an Easter egg on the Grok website (see image). https://t.co/sdzjduo8GM

Build Your Own Text Editor

It’s about 1000 lines of C in a single file with no dependencies, and it implements all the basic features you expect in a minimal editor, as well as syntax highlighting and a search feature.

One of the best C resources that I have seen. "Essential C" by Nick Parlante.

It's so so underrated. Give it a go.

It's free and ~45 pages. https://t.co/J4sM3sgwMV
