Watched a tug-of-war at bikaner- Indians vs foreigners. Foreigners won both rounds. It hit me hard: India is still a protein-deficient nation.
We grow up on carbs, not strength.

Honestly, this is the longest break I’ve taken since my hernia surgery in 2022.
