One thing I love about the creation story is how, at every stage of development, Jesus comes down with Michael to perform a work.

I can’t believe I had never noticed that the entire creation story is a lesson in divinely appointed pairs.
One thing is divided in two, but then paired with its counterpart to make a complimentary whole.
