Im disabled and so I have to face a reality that other people going out for this challenge are doing more than me. Because they are able. So what can I do? I eat less calories than them.

I’m trying the stim free preworkout and Im pretty sensitive when it comes to preworkout. It says half a scoop is strong. Which is what I used to take but not stim free.

For me. I don’t have a printer so I get a bonus 6 days because the library is closed today. lol. But still!!! I hope everyone who can start today does!!! Do it! You won’t regret ot. Invest 8 solid weeks

Definitely not lying this is SOUR watermelon candy. My goodness!

Mixed this with my morning coffee. Needs to be in blended frozen or hot coffee or you will get clumps. Taste is good though. Tastes as stated and is very good to mix with coffee. Would have again. https://t.co/d0u0oCdoCF
