remember to eat carbs! if your body doesnt get enough sugar due to dieting/fasting, it starts breaking down your muscles for energy, a process called gluconeogenesis. research it for more info. this process isn’t exactly healthy, and will hinder your gains!!! we love carbs here

pain during the workout is an immediate stop. using new muscles will cause mild soreness/stiffness afterwards, not immediately. any actual pain or painful stretching or limited movement due to extreme soreness isn’t normal

I shoveled my driveway and my neighbors driveway. Pump goes brrr. If you asked me a year ago to do this I probably would have passed out or given up halfway. For my Atinys in the east coast US hope yall stay warm ❄️🌨️
