Bench kida sucked yesterday but upon further reflection, maybe it wasn’t as bad as I thought and it was just an exercise in pushing boundaries.

Squats with wraps this morning. Top sets at 160 and 185. The 160 was supposed to be 165 but I misread it. It felt great.

Started the new year with a fruit smoothie routine, for meal substitution. And got back on the treadmill today. Any advice for better results with the smoothies? Doing more garage gym work outs too, could use some good routines there for kettlebell/treadmill combo
