Most of this is gut content and fluids of course.
Max fat loss from start - based on my metabolism and being fat adapted for over 6 years is around 1lb.

Egg Week starts Monday!
Simple rules:
1) Eggs only - whole eggs, as many as you want (very satiating, naturally self-limiting).
2) Appropriate amount of butter allowed for scrambled or pan-fried eggs.
3) Salt OK.

Added rings - did some tuck holds and an attempt at L-sit. Held for 0.5 seconds then kipped forward 😂

To make a habit stick, stop fighting bad habits directly.
Instead:
Place the good habit earlier in the day.
Reduce exposure to the bad one rather than banning it.
Remove one small trigger that leads to it.
